Sleepless

Tissue Waves Evertson © 2009

I fell asleep dreaming of water last night. (I spent studio time on
photographing tissue paper waves yesterday.)
Then suddenly I was being tormented in a Hieronymus
Bosch painting.

I may need to re-boot my brain from this existential mode
if I want to get anything done (or get any sleep).

Existentialism will get you nowhere.

Any chance you will share your essay with me when it's done?

I have a book called the history of torture and I had to hide it for months because it was giving me nightmares. I just recently found it (I hid it well because I couldn't find it for a long time) and only read targeted snippets.

Hi Jafa - I'll copy you on that - probably sometime next week. Probably only a few paragraphs total on torture - although reading it is torture. The Obama administration has banned its use.

Glad to have found you from Magic Lantern show - like what I see/read - hope you'll visit me too!
